I reached this work through lived experience, not abstraction. My life pushed me into places that demanded I confront what was shaping me, wounding me, and misleading me. I learned early that pressure doesn’t always look dramatic ...sometimes it shows up quietly, through people and environments that chip away at your identity, your confidence, and your ability to trust what you feel.
There were seasons where my sense of safety, belonging, and clarity were challenged in ways I couldn’t explain. Some wounds came from people. Some came from systems. Some came from spiritual confusion masquerading as enlightenment or community. And some came from inner battles that no one else could see.
Through that process, I learned how spiritual pressure, psychological stress, and relational harm can blend together so tightly that a person no longer knows if they are overwhelmed, oppressed, misunderstood, or “just losing themselves.” I lived through moments where my identity was distorted by those around me, where fear and isolation made ordinary life feel impossible, and where silence felt safer than speaking.
What I discovered is that many people are struggling with experiences they can’t articulate:
• spiritual or religious abuse
• manipulation within organizations, groups, or “friend circles”
• emotional control disguised as loyalty
• sorority/fraternity dynamics that become psychologically damaging
• relationships that feel spiritually confusing or energetically heavy
• deep involvement in esoteric studies that begins to blur a person’s moral and emotional compass
• loss of self after trauma, heartbreak, or social pressure
• anxiety or fear that feels “spiritual” but actually stems from psychological overload
I founded God’s Spiritual Plan because I understand what it means to lose your sense of direction, identity, and inner grounding and still be expected to function as if nothing is wrong. I understand what it feels like to be targeted, misunderstood, or spiritually overwhelmed. I understand what it means to be pushed into survival mode while trying to hold onto your faith, dignity, and sanity.
This work exists to help people name what is happening to them spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically so they can regain clarity, stability, and inner alignment. It offers a space where truth can be spoken without judgment, where confusing experiences can be understood, and where healing is treated with the seriousness it deserves.
My academic background in Information Technology and my pursuit of Clinical Mental Health Counseling give structure and professionalism to this calling, but they do not define it. What defines this work is my unwavering faith in God and lived experience, integrity, and the commitment to help others untangle what is spiritual, what is psychological, and what is human.
God’s Spiritual Plan is built on clarity, accountability, and the belief that every person deserves to understand their story, reclaim their identity, and walk toward restoration with dignity.
